Fathom is seeking a Senior A&D Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year aerospace and defense manufacturing programs from pre-award planning through qualification, ramp, and sustained delivery. The role ensures an integrated plan aligned with customer commitments across manufacturing sites and supplier networks.

Qualifications

• Extensive A&D program-management experience.
• Ownership of programmatic work across multi-year programs (part families, interdependent workstreams).
• End-to-end manufacturing program experience from pre-award to delivery.
• Strong program-controls: schedules, budgets, risk registers, cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle from qualification to ongoing execution.
• Build and manage integrated program plans with scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Serve as primary customer program leader; manage reviews and communication.
• Lead cross-functional, multi-site execution across Sales, Applications Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance.
• Own program financial performance; forecast revenue, margin, and risks.
