• Focus on pre-sale activities: technical discovery, solution development, requirements flow-down, value-based selling, bid/no-bid decisions.
• Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for complex Aerospace & Defense program opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery with customer engineering, procurement, quality, and program management stakeholders to understand application, performance requirements, production expectations, qualification milestones, and criteria for supplier selection.
• Collaborate with customers and Fathom's engineering team to develop and value-sell manufacturing solutions.
• Provide a structured technical handoff to the execution team after program award and remain available for targeted technical support, including for complex quality issues, nonconformances, and RMAs.
