Fathom is seeking a Senior A&D Program Manager to lead large, multi-year aerospace and defense programs from pre-award planning to sustained delivery. You will own the integrated program plan, financial performance, risk management, and customer communications across manufacturing sites and approved suppliers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in aerospace/defense program management, with strong ability to align teams, manage dependencies, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace/defense program management or related manufacturing leadership.
• Experience leading complex, multi-year programs with multiple part families and milestones.
• Knowledge of AS9100 and ITAR standards is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the full program lifecycle from qualification through sustained delivery.
• Build and manage integrated program plans with budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams across sites and suppliers to protect the critical path.
• Communicate performance, risks, and recovery plans to customers and leadership.
