Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. You will oversee cybersecurity across acquisitions, divestitures, separations, and strategic partnerships, ensuring timely, secure execution across global transactions.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to mature processes, produce executive reporting, and drive continuous improvement in deal security capabilities. Remote work options may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable plans and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre- and post-close phases.
• Coordinate resource planning and execution across global teams.
• Develop executive-level reporting on risk, progress, and milestones.
• Drive playbook maturity, templates, and governance for deal security.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Transaction teams to ensure secure outcomes.
• Coach and develop team members and contractors in a matrixed environment.
