Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. This role drives cybersecurity across acquisitions and divestitures, aligning deal priorities with risk, governance, and post-close integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage portfolios, and advance playbooks and reporting to enable timely decisions and secure outcomes. Remote flexibility may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio execution, resource planning, and reporting across pre-close and post-close transactions.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Corporate Development, and ISRM teams to ensure secure transaction outcomes.
• Develop and maintain A&D security playbooks, operating models, and governance processes.
• Provide guidance to teams, contractors, and capability leads in a matrixed environment to ensure consistent delivery.
