Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations for a global portfolio of transactions. You will oversee cybersecurity across pre-close and post-close activities, align priorities with senior leaders, and drive standardization of security processes.

In this role you will partner with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business technology teams to ensure secure outcomes.

Formación

• Extensive experience in information security risk management for M&A and divestitures.
• Ability to translate deal priorities into actionable security plans.
• Strong collaboration across legal, privacy, finance, and IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio during pre-close and post-close phases.
• Lead resource planning, onboarding, and governance for security initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting on risk posture, issues, and milestones.
• Coordinate post-close integration and divestiture workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and improve playbooks, templates, and workflows for deal security.
