Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations. You will lead cybersecurity portfolio execution across acquisitions and divestitures, aligning priorities with cross-functional partners to ensure secure transaction outcomes.

You will coordinate resources, drive playbooks and governance, and deliver executive-level visibility on risk and progress across pre- and post-close activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity, technology and business requirements into actionable operating plans.
• Strong executive communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures or complex business transformations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; MBA/MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of A&D cybersecurity initiatives across pre- and post-close phases.
• Support resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Advance deal security initiatives and community of practice engagement.
• Maintain executive reporting on portfolio performance and risk trends.
• Lead or deputy lead post-close integration workstreams as needed.
• Establish and improve security processes, playbooks, and workflows.
• Capture lessons learned and improve reporting and delivery practices.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths across programs.
• Collaborate with security, legal, privacy, finance, and business tech teams.
• Coach team members and contractors to ensure consistent delivery.
