Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams, vendors, and executives.
• Able to translate cybersecurity/tech/business requirements into actionable plans and reporting.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management, controls, and data protection concepts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee A&D cybersecurity portfolio from pre-close to post-close.
• Coordinate resource planning, onboarding, and operating rhythms for security programs.
• Lead deal security initiatives and education across teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk posture.
• Coordinate post-close integration workstreams and handoffs.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, workflows, and governance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with security, technology, legal, privacy, finance and business teams.
• Coach and develop matrixed teams to ensure consistent delivery.
