Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible cybersecurity and risk management experience.
• Experience coordinating complex programs with multiple workstreams and executives.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, separations, or similar transactions.
• Ability to translate security and business requirements into actionable plans and governance.

Responsibilities

• A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre- and post-close phases with timelines and risks.
• Resource planning, onboarding, and staffing for a growing transaction pipeline.
• Drive deal security initiatives and community-of-practice engagement.
• Provide executive-level portfolio reporting on risk, milestones, and decisions.
• Lead post-close workstreams and coordinate plans, owners, and dependencies.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and governance for A&D security activities.
• Capture lessons learned and improve playbooks and reporting across teams.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely remediation or escalation.
• Collaborate with security, legal, privacy, finance, and business tech teams to align execution.
• Provide guidance and development support to team members and contractors.
