Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, A&D Security Strategy, Deal Security, and Operations to lead cybersecurity across acquisitions and divestitures. You will translate deal priorities into structured plans, oversee risk, and drive portfolio execution across pre-close and post-close phases.

You will partner with ISRM, Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and business technology teams to strengthen deal security coverage, improve reporting, and ensure secure transaction

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity, information risk management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex programs and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate technical risk into actionable plans and milestones.
• Knowledge of security controls, cloud, data protection, and third-party risk.

Responsabilités

• Lead A&D cybersecurity portfolio operations across pre-close and post-close phases.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding, and contractor coordination.
• Advance deal security initiatives and education across teams.
• Maintain executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and risk trends.
• Coordinate post-close integration workstreams and define done criteria.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, and governance for A&D security.
