• Manage A&D cybersecurity portfolio across pre-close and post-close Phases.
• Oversee resource planning, onboarding, project assignment, and operating rhythms.
• Deliver executive reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and milestones.
• Standardize processes, playbooks, templates, and definitions of done.
