Job summary

ACT FULFILLMENT INC in Fontana, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced 3PL setting. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will lead off-shift operations and supervise supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment.

You will use WMS data, KPIs, and reports to drive improvements, manage labor and inventory, coordinate with customers, and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of warehouse/3PL leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS-driven operations and inventory accuracy.
• Strong Excel, KPI reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead multiple shifts and non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound, outbound, and inventory operations to meet KPIs.
• Own off-shift operations including Sundays and early mornings.
• Ensure SOP adherence and effective handoffs.
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and adjust resources.
• Manage labor planning and supervise supervisors and frontline staff.
• Partner with HR on staffing and development.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Provide data-backed updates to customers and executives.
