Job summary

Warehouse Specialists, Inc. seeks a Facility Supervisor for the Fontana, CA warehouse to lead an omnichannel fulfillment team (D2C and B2B). You will manage employee schedules, policies, and performance, address customer issues, assist in recruiting, and ensure effective planning.

Safety is the top priority in this hands-on leadership role. You will proctor meetings, oversee inventory processes, and ensure completion of customer KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, performance, and safety.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and WMS systems.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and cycle counts.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, including breaks, PTO, and time in the system.
• Oversee policies and performance.
• Lead safety and KPI achievement.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with teams.
• Oversee inventory cycles and physical counts.
• Cross-train to cover supervision where needed.
