Job summary

WSI ShippingTree in Fontana, CA seeks a Facility Supervisor to lead our omnichannel fulfillment team (D2C and B2B). You will oversee staff schedules, policies, and performance, address customer issues, assist in recruiting, and ensure effective planning.

You will also manage inventory processes, safety, and KPI achievement, reporting to the Assistant Facility Manager. The role requires leadership experience in warehousing, WMS proficiency, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehousing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Powered Industrial Truck certification (forklift, etc.).
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, databases, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, including break times, timecards, PTO, and time in the Customer Portal.
• Oversee and assist in WSI Ops & personnel policies.
• Manage performance and ensure dock meetings occur.
• Handle customer-facing direct issue resolution.
• Assist in recruiting.
• Ensure effective process, team planning, and sharing of days using operational best practices.
• Review weekly financial questions and document issues.
• Proctor and take notes for the weekly lead meeting.
• Oversee Inventory Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories.
• Ensure completion of all customer KPIs.
• Cross-train to cover direct supervision for other WSI areas as needed.
