Job summary

WSI ShippingTree in Fontana, CA seeks a Facility Supervisor to lead an omnichannel fulfillment team (D2C and B2B) and oversee schedules, policies, and performance management. You will address customer issues, assist in recruiting, and ensure effective planning; this salary role reports to the Assistant Facility Manager.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, optimizing operations, coordinating inventory counts, and maintaining safety as a core priority, with cross-training to cover other WSI

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Experience with high-volume fulfillment operations
• Familiar with RF scanning and WMS
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules and timecards

• Resolve customer issues
