Job summary

NRI 3PL in Fontana, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the order fulfillment team and ensure timely delivery of customer commitments. You will mentor staff, drive KPI achievement, and partner with the DC Manager to plan labor based on client forecasts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in warehouse leadership, a degree in supply chain or related field, proficiency with WMS and MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a warehouse/light industrial team.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Outlook.
• Must have physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure standing/walking.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, cross-training and development of team members.
• Monitor and drive goals and operational performance within SLA.
• Collaborate with DC Manager to plan labor based on forecasts.
• Communicate expectations and provide regular performance feedback.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and keep areas clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as requested.
