Job summary

WSI ShippingTree’s Fontana, CA warehouse seeks a Facility Supervisor to lead an omnichannel fulfillment team (D2C and B2B). You will manage schedules, safety, performance, and daily operations to meet customer KPIs.

You will proctor meetings, assist in recruiting, coach a cohesive team, and oversee inventory cycles, cycle counts, and WMS-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification (Powered Industrial Truck) preferred.
• Knowledge of Excel, databases, and analytics.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, including break times, timecards, PTO, and portal entries.
• Oversee policies and lead daily team activities and meetings.
• Coach and develop staff while ensuring safety and KPI attainment.
• Handle customer-facing issue resolution and assist recruiting.
• Oversee inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Proctor meetings and assist in weekly lead planning.
• Cross-train to cover supervision in other areas as needed.
