The position requires 3+ years of warehouse management in a high-volume setting, strong WMS and Excel skills, and the ability to manage priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, preferably in a 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts with competing priorities.
• Comfortable working on the warehouse floor for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Manage multi-client 3PL operations while meeting SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific requirements
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories
• Supervise, train, schedule, and lead warehouse supervisors and associates
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels
• Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and operational costs, implementing improvements as needed
• Maintain accurate data and reporting within the WMS
• Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and warehouse cleanliness
• Support onboarding of new clients and implementation of new operational workflows
