Job summary

Sandisk seeks an experienced leader to drive the ramp of 3D NAND OEM products for data center applications. You will align customer needs with internal engineering and business teams, leading cross-functional efforts to meet specifications and schedules.

You will prepare reports, manage engineering plans, and coordinate tech reviews while ensuring robust communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years semiconductor industry experience.
• Expertise in technology development, qualification, and ramp to mass production.
• Experience interfacing with customers.
• Knowledge of 3D NAND device physics and SSD architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development team on qualifying NAND OEM products for data center use.
• Host regular cross-functional meetings to meet specs and schedules.
• Evaluate technical results and challenge conclusions from internal teams.
• Prepare and present reports with outcomes and action recommendations.
• Manage sections of the project schedule and identify dependencies.
• Resolve memory issues and coordinate reviews with the product line core team.
• Interface with customers to align on 3D NAND specs and roadmaps.
