Job summary

Sandisk seeks an experienced technical leader to drive system-level test solution development and product qualification for advanced NAND technologies. You will shepherd cross-functional collaboration, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery aligned with customer and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Eng with 8–10 years in memory or test engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Product Development and NAND performance/reliability.
• Excellent communication and ability to guide global cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead a team and make quick decisions in complex situations.
• Deep understanding of PCIe, System Architecture, ASIC, NAND flash basics.
• Experience with DFT, data analysis tools, and scripting (Python, C, C++).
• Hands-on system and memory testing with diagnostic tools.
• Preferred: DRAM, PCIe, HBM experience; AI tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy, flow design, test platform bringup (ATE) and qualification.
• Provide regular communication of technical status, risks, and mitigations.
• Extract production test items from product and marketing requirements.
• Coordinate test coverage to meet target DPPM across development phases.
• Lead data analysis, test flow improvements, and yield enhancement.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Build and support scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI flows.
• Develop methodologies for ATE test programs, validation and debugging.
