Job summary

Sandisk (a global memory technology leader) seeks a Senior Staff Datapath Design Engineer and Circuit Design Engineer to advance high-speed datapath circuits for 3D NAND flash. The role involves transistor- and gate-level design, RTL coding in Verilog, and thorough silicon characterization.

You will collaborate with memory technology groups on new process technologies, participate in detailed simulations, and contribute to technical reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data path design (NAND, DRAM, LPDDR or HBM).
• Experience in RTL design and Verilog-based verification.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design transistor- and gate-level datapath circuits for high-speed 3D NAND flash.
• Perform block and full-chip circuit simulations to meet performance specs.
• RTL design, synthesis, and static timing analysis for page buffer and datapath control logic.
• Conduct silicon debugging and evaluation with micro-probing.
• Collaborate with characterization engineers to characterize silicon and address silicon issues.
• Generate detailed technical reports and presentations.
