Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Infrastructure Services Lead/Watch Officer to monitor enterprise IT services for a large DOD contract. The role requires real-time health checks, coordinating outage resolution, and updating incident tickets using SOPs and leadership communications.

The candidate should be technically proficient with Azure, VMware, ITSM, and dashboards such as SolarWinds or Splunk, and hold DoD 8140/8570–level credentials. This onsite weekend role is located at JBAB, Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise services in real time and coordinate outages.
• Triaging and determining impact using SOPs and stakeholders.
• Update incident tickets and maintain timeline of events.
• Prepare After Action Reports and brief leadership.
• Support 24/7/365 mission operations and shift turnover.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, NOC, and government leadership.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement mitigations.
• Utilize IT monitoring tools to detect anomalies.
