Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Watch Officer to support the DJOC at Ft. Meade, ensuring DODIN health through 24/7 monitoring and coordination. The role involves directing, de-conflicting, and reporting current connectivity status to Battle Captains and DISA senior leaders.

This shift-based position requires at least one weekend shift per week and may include holidays. You will track outages, maintain IAP and TOT status, and generate topologies and reports in line with SLAs.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 4+ years related experience.
• Experience with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Experience with GTMS Remedy, WWOLS, NCCM-R or TCOSS.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and routing recommendations to Battle Captain.
• Track outages impacting DODIN and report status.
• Maintain knowledge of IAP, TOT, and high-capacity circuits.
• Generate network topologies and diagrams as needed.
• Respond within SLA to outages within 15 minutes of receipt.
