Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Watch Officer to support the DoD information network from Ft. Meade, providing 24/7 monitoring and reporting to DJOC Battle Captains and DISA leaders.

This shift-based role requires at least one weekend shift per week and may include holidays. You will track outages, maintain IAP/TOT status, and produce timely reports while collaborating on incident response and network diagrams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth knowledge and recommendations to the Battle Captain on routing options and DODIN impacts.
• Track outages impacting DODIN and maintain status of IAP, TOT, and high-capacity circuits.
• Report outages through the chain to DISA leaders with timely updates.
• Create network topologies and diagrams as needed.
• Analyze outages within 15 minutes of receipt and coordinate with the DJOC Battle Captain.
