Job summary

Leidos is seeking an East Coast Day Shift Lead for the Infrastructure Services Lead (ISL) team to support a large enterprise IT contract for the DOD. The role involves real-time monitoring, outage coordination, and incident management in a 24/7/365 environment on-site at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC.

The candidate should have DoDM 8140.03 IT certs and a background in Azure/Cloud, ITSM (ServiceNow), and monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Splunk.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Cloud/M365 in hybrid-cloud environments.
• Tier2 system administration and remoting into physical/virtual servers; basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) standards, terminology, and missions.
• Knowledge of VMware, Hyper-V, AD/ICAM, DNS/DHCP, PKI, and related services.
• PowerShell and terminal commands for troubleshooting (Windows/Linux).
• Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to handle service inquiries and problems.
• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Differentiate between user issues and enterprise-wide problems quickly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze incidents and implement solutions.
• Prepare reports and briefings on outages, incidents, and trends.
• Lead TEMs and Crisis Response Team meetings to accelerate restoration of services.
