Job summary

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Azure Cloud/M365 in a hybrid-cloud environment.
• Experience with Tier 2 system administration and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with IC standards, terminology, and missions.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to handle service inquiries and problems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect data and implement solutions for incident tickets.
• Develop solutions to complex technical issues and identify workarounds.
• Conduct shift turnovers and track outages across multiple locations.
