Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) to lead tool-install coordination in a wafer fabrication environment. The role requires on-site work at the client site in Manassas, VA, with early hours and potential Saturday flexibility.

Candidates should have 7–10 years in semiconductor construction and strong field coordination experience. Applicants must be able to travel within the site, read design packages, and collaborate with trades, vendors, and client teams

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.
• Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversight to meet client schedule and deliverables.
• Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tool install construction within an operating wafer manufacturing facility.
• Provide field coordination and oversight to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Read and interpret design packages for semiconductor tool hookups and work with A&E partners.
