The role involves cross-functional collaboration, reviewing designs, tracking milestones, and maintaining clear communication with clients to meet milestones and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years construction experience.
• Experience with trades contractors and field coordination to meet milestones.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client expectations.
• Familiarity with A&E firms and reading/interpreting design packages for installation.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities with trades to meet project schedules, site readiness, and safety requirements.
• Lead project status meetings and stakeholder discussions to review Plan of Record dates and communicate schedule updates.
• Analyze project timelines, installation sequences, and resource availability to support planning.
• Review design packages and drawings to ensure accurate information for installation and construction planning.
• Track project progress and maintain status reporting tools to provide leadership with milestone updates and risks.
• Coordinate daily field execution with trades, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve constraints and maintain progress.
• Identify schedule conflicts and installation risks, developing mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between design engineering, construction management, vendors, and client teams.
• Promote safety and quality culture in the field, ensuring work aligns with site standards and practices.
