Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry with tool install scope knowledge.
• Construction Management or Engineering degrees are highly encouraged.
• Experience coordinating field activities and overseeing trades to meet client schedules.
• Experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations and needs.
• Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work.
• Familiarity with A&E firms and reading/interpreting design packages for tool hookup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and able to contribute ideas.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, changing environments and cross-matrix teams.
