Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) for an on-site role in Manassas, VA. You will coordinate semiconductor tool install activities, work with trades contractors, and ensure alignment with client schedules and deliverables.

The position requires 7–10 years in semiconductor construction, client-facing experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree encouraged.
• Experience coordinating with trades contractors and providing field coordination to meet client schedule and deliverables.
• Experience in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
• Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work.
• Familiarity with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hookup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices and contribute with ideas.
• Able to work in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations with client/factory management, trades, vendors and 3rd parties.
