Job summary

Jacobs in Manassas, VA seeks a Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) with semiconductor tool install coordination experience on-site at a wafer manufacturing facility. You will oversee field coordination with trades, ensure schedule adherence and safety.

Requires 7-10 years in semiconductor construction, degree in Construction Management or Engineering encouraged, client-facing, ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment, and on-site Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.
• Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.
• Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversight to meet client schedule and deliverables.
• Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
• Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hookup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
