Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks a Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) to lead on-site coordination for semiconductor tool installs at the Manassas, VA client site.

The role requires coordination with trades, reading design packages, and ensuring alignment with client schedules. Qualified candidates have 7–10 years in semiconductor construction, with tool install experience, and ideally a Construction Management or Engineering degree.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.
• Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged.
• Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversite to meet client schedule and deliverables.
• Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
• Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work.
• Familiarity reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook up.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with trades contractors and vendors to meet project milestones.
