Job summary

Maruwa America Corp. is seeking a highly skilled New Business Development (Sales) Executive to support our presence in the semiconductor industry.

The ideal candidate has experience in NPI and semiconductor product sales, and is technically familiar with FCBGA, CoWoP PCB, FCCSP, IC packages, and Flip Chip. The role involves cultivating new business opportunities in the US, leading NPI activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and achieving sales targets with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on sales/business development in IC packaging or related hardware in the United States.
• Comfortable communicating with engineers on technical topics.
• Understanding of electronics or related technology industry.
• Willingness to travel within the US and internationally.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Conversational level of Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new business opportunities for Maruwa’s semiconductor products in the US market.
• NPI activities through visiting customers on-site and attending tradeshows.
• Coordinate projects with cross-functional teams and partners to ensure on-time delivery and technical readiness.
• Achieve sales targets set by management and headquarters.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations and delivery schedules.
