Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer, Semiconductor to lead growth in a strategic market.

You will blend technical expertise with business development to support OEMs, end users, and industry partners. In this role you will drive application knowledge, shape account strategies, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver material solutions for demanding semiconductor applications.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting the semiconductor industry.
Direct semiconductor equipment experience in a hands-on technical role.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor applications including wet processing, etch, CMP, and/or backend test.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive semiconductor market growth and identify key opportunities.
Serve as the technical sales leader supporting Territory Managers and Regional Sales Managers on strategic customer opportunities.
Provide application guidance, troubleshooting, and material recommendations in customer engagements.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
Mentor sales professionals and channel partners on semiconductor applications and technical selling techniques.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to solve complex customer challenges.
