Maruwa America Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Business Development (Sales) Executive to join our dynamic sales team at our offices in Santa Ana, CA and El Segundo, CA.

This role focuses on expanding our market presence by partnering with manufacturing companies and design houses in the Semiconductor, Telecommunication and Aerospace sectors across North America. Strong Japanese language skills are required to engage with our vendor networks and customers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience within the United States.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US and occasional international travels.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese, both verbal and written.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic components across the North America.
• Evaluate and coordinate new projects internally and externally, including within the affiliated companies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical and commercial support.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to support design-in activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
• Achieve sales targets defined by management.
• Prepare timely reports for management and headquarters
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations and delivery schedule coordination across stakeholders.

Maruwa America Corp. is seeking a Sales Business Development Executive to join our team in Santa Ana/El Segundo, California.

This is a full-time, on-site sales position focused on developing and expanding business with customers in the semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace industries across the United States.

The ideal candidate is a Japanese-speaking sales professional with experience developing B2B customer relationships in the US market.

This position will focus on business development, customer account management, identifying new opportunities, and supporting customers using quartz glass and electronic component products.

This is an opportunity to build business with leading technology and manufacturing companies while working in Southern California and supporting the growth of Maruwa America Corp.'s US operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with customers in the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, and aerospace customers.
• Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for business expansion.
• Introduce and support Maruwa's quartz glass and electronic component products.
• Work with customers, engineers, and internal teams throughout the sales and design-in process.
• Develop sales strategies and identify potential customers and applications.
• Conduct customer visits and business travel throughout the United States.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams in both Japanese and English.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the US technology and manufacturing markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional sales or business development experience in the United States.
• Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience working with semiconductor, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, or related manufacturing customers is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the United States.
• Valid US driver's license.

Locations

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Compensation

$75,000–$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
