Responsibilities include leading projects, supplier development, and implementing mechanical tooling and processes while ensuring design for excellence and manufacturability across stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4–7 years of experience.
• Experience with CREO CAD, thermodynamics, sheet metal design, GD&T, flow analysis.
• Design for Excellence principles understood.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision.
• Define, coordinate, perform and document engineering test reports.
• Develop, design, or modify mechanical layouts, schematics, or drawings/specifications.
• Perform engineering analysis of complex scope with limited supervision.
• Lead or execute projects; develop key suppliers and mechanical product specifications.
• Design, develop and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing and processes; standardize operations.
