Job summary

Hybrid work arrangement: one day in the office and four in the field, with travel as needed; competitive compensation with on-target earnings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of electronic design experience with a bachelor’s degree in engineering; or 2+ years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Analog and embedded design experience.
• Experience in C-programming and/or Embedded Linux is a plus.
• Experience designing with FPGAs (HDL, Simulation, Verification, etc).

Responsibilities

• Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow content on designs.
• Develop an advanced understanding of customer needs and leverage Arrow’s resources to identify solutions.
• Apply technical expertise to influence designs using solution selling and resources.
• Partner with the sales team across pre- and post-sales activities.
• Provide technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
• Train the local sales team on new products and help market them to customers.
