Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support day-to-day sales activities and customer service for assigned accounts. You will help determine customer requirements for Arrow AEP products and services and drive sales through consultative conversations.

The role involves handling quotes, orders, and post-sales issue resolution, with hybrid work arrangements (3 days in office/2 days remote).

Qualifications

• 2–3 years related inside sales or account management experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to engage with groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support opportunities and progress transactions through the sales cycle using internal programs and promotions.
• Prepare quotes and orders from accepted quotes to ensure accurate processing.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve pre-sales and post-sales issues.
• Develop opportunities and provide accurate forecasts by consolidating and updating end-user opportunities for assigned resellers.
