Qualifications

• Excel experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entry‑Level Role.
• Typically requires a 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a two-year degree with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship and provide strategic service to the assigned customer base.
• Support quotes, fulfill demand, ensure on-time delivery, and provide engineering support as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources to maximize margins and drive value-added solutions.
• Own the quote-to-order process and communicate price changes and NCNR status to customers.
