Qualifications

• Master's degree with related work experience or 0 years for entry
• Bachelor's degree with related work experience of 2 years
• Strong knowledge of electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and electro-optical systems

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of highly complex semiconductor capital equipment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership
• Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation process
• Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time
• Secure warranty sign-off on newly installed tools
