The role requires strong electronics, optics, and electro‑mechanical knowledge, plus hands‑on troubleshooting. Global travel and meticulous documentation are expected, with sign‑off of warranties on completion.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation and qualification of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Strong knowledge across electronics, optics, mechanical and electro‑optical subsystems.
• Proficiency with Windows/Unix operating environments and networking.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify advanced KLA systems at customer sites globally, ensuring installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Perform setup, alignment, calibration, and verification of highly complex semiconductor capital equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with KLA regions, engineering, and customer teams to verify system performance and transfer tool ownership.
• Provide clear status updates to all stakeholders throughout the installation process.
• Complete installation documentation and administrative requirements accurately and on time.
• Secure warranty sign-off on newly installed tools.
