Job summary

Grafana Labs in Sweden is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region. You will build and lead a high-performing team of presales engineers, partnering with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to drive adoption of OSS and commercial Grafana products.

You’ll mentor engineers, own regional plans, and align initiatives with revenue targets while promoting a remote-first, globally collaborative culture across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-growth, remote-first team.
• Proven mentoring and performance management track record.
• Experience selling monitoring or data/visualisation products.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Lead with servant leadership and develop career paths.
• Direct day-to-day planning and regional outcomes with leadership.
• Partner with sales, marketing and customer success to drive adoption.
• Sponsor key accounts and act as a thought leader for customers.
• Align product strategy with customer feedback and regional needs.
• Own quarterly cadence and guide demos, trials and POVs.
