Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is seeking a dynamic Selling Sales Manager to lead and grow our In-Home Sales Team. This dual‑role combines leadership, mentorship, and hands‑on selling to scale a high‑performing group.

You will manage appointments, coach reps during in‑home ride‑along sessions, and run sales meetings to drive revenue and meet targets. A strong background in in‑home remodeling sales and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful in-home sales experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or sales management role.
• Proven ability to coach, inspire, and lead sales teams to exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology including iPads, CRM systems, and digital contract tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the In-Home Sales Team and manage appointments set by Inside Sales.
• Coach and train Sales Representatives through in-home ride-alongs and field coaching.
• Run sales appointments and assist reps in closing deals when needed.
• Track and report on key performance metrics; drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Conduct cancel-save appointments to recover lost opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to follow up on open leads.
• Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for the sales team.
• Set clear, actionable sales goals aligned with business objectives.
