Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a District Manager to oversee the Pittsboro, NC location. You will drive sales performance, coach staff in real-time, and build strong customer relationships while managing store operations and community involvement.

You will lead by example, develop talent through formal coaching and succession planning, and ensure policies, inventory controls, and scheduling support peak selling times. A field-focused leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
• Ability to work in a retail, storefront environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel 100% of the time, including overnight travel, as required.
• Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ONE location: Pittsboro, NC - NEW LOCATION and drive sales performance.
• Lead district sales results review, coach for improvement, and monitor metrics.
• Coach in real time, model customer-first selling, and close sales when needed.
• Develop people through meetings, one-on-one coaching, and succession planning.
• Balance sales leadership with operations including policies, inventory controls and scheduling.
