The role emphasizes field leadership, strategic growth, and collaboration with peers to achieve district results, with an emphasis on community involvement and employee development.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation with travel 100% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two locations (Lewiston and Clarkston, ID) and drive sales performance.
• Coach for improvement using district sales results and performance metrics.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; build future leaders.
• Balance sales leadership with operational standards (inventory, cash handling, merchandising).
• Plan schedules to support peak selling times and collaborate with peers to drive district results.
• Engage with the community through involvement and volunteer initiatives.
