Job summary

TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer in Pittsboro, NC is seeking a District Manager to oversee a single location. You lead from the front, reviewing district sales results, coaching for improvement, and building strong customer and community relationships.

You spend much of your time in the field, observing interactions and modeling a customer-first approach. You will recruit, hire, and develop talent while maintaining operations, policies, inventory controls, cash handling, and merchandising

Qualifications

• Oversee district sales results and performance metrics.
• Coach for improvement and develop talent through mentoring.
• Plan schedules and manage store operations and merchandising.
• Able to travel 100% of the time, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front in a single-location district in Pittsboro, NC.
• Drive sales performance and customer/community relationships.
• Recruit, hire, and develop front-line leaders and staff.
