TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a District Manager to oversee one location and drive sales performance while building strong customer and community relationships. You will coach teams, recruit and develop talent, and ensure operational excellence in policies, inventory controls, and merchandising standards.

Average salary ranges with uncapped commission and bonuses; role requires travel and a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week).
Retail storefront environment experience.
Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.
Travel 100% as required (overnight travel possible).
Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
