Job summary

Walmart Marketplace is seeking a Manager, Incubation & Onboarding to help sellers adopt WFS and reach onboarding milestones. You will manage a portfolio of sellers, educate on processes, and track progress in Salesforce to improve funnel velocity.

This fast‑moving team collaborates with Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations to drive measurable growth and ongoing seller success.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni‑channel merchandising, or related area.
• Prior work experience in eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sellers, guiding onboarding milestones and engagement.
• Educate sellers on WFS processes, tools, requirements, and best practices.
• Manage your seller pipeline in Salesforce with accurate activity and funnel status.
• Use data to prioritize high‑opportunity sellers and track funnel velocity.
• Identify recurring seller pain points and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Contribute to scalable onboarding processes, playbooks, and automation.
