Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Seller Onboarding Risk in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for onboarding risk, balancing seller growth with customer trust at scale.

You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Operations and Compliance to deliver AI-powered onboarding and risk capabilities, drive onboarding conversions, and protect the marketplace from fraud while enabling trusted sellers to succeed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with 7+ years in product management.
Alternatively, 9+ years in product management or related area.
Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and design in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Seller Onboarding Risk.
Build AI-powered onboarding experiences balancing trust and growth.
Partner with engineering, data science, design, operations, and compliance.
Drive improvements in seller activation, onboarding conversion, and fraud detection.
Define product requirements, success metrics, and experimentation strategies.
Collaborate with ML teams to enhance identity verification and risk models.
Translate emerging fraud trends into innovative product capabilities.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to protect customers while enabling trusted sellers.
