New Issue IQ is seeking an Origination & Syndicate Relationships Lead in New York. You will own origination, build and run sell-side relationships, and shape the market-facing product by bringing deep market insight to the data engine that powers our credit market analytics.

You will report to the CEO, oversee hands-on outreach, and help define the roadmap while working with product and engineering. This is a senior, roll-up-your-sleeves role with potential to scale a team.

Qualifikationen

• Existing network into bank syndicate, DCM, and credit sales desks.
• Relationship-first, hands-on outreach experience.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern tech.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain sell-side relationships across the fixed-income new-issue market.
• Set coverage benchmarks and systematically close known gaps.
• Own origination strategy: decide asset classes, regions, and desks to prioritize, translating gaps into a measurable plan.
• Develop understanding of how syndicate, DCM, and credit sales spend their time, and turn it into productized relationships.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate sourcing realities into what we build.
• Report coverage and sourcing progress to the CEO, using data completeness as a differentiator for pricing and GTM.
• Serve as a face of New Issue IQ in the DCM, syndicate, and credit sales community; lead a team as coverage scales.
